First time visit It was my first time booking with Karen after finding the salon via Google. The salon was so clean, warm and comfortable. Karen showed a keen interest in the condition of my scalp and hair which was really impressive. She took her time with my hair considering its badly damaged and discussed my hair care options. I was offered a beverage and I paid a reasonable price for a good service. I could tell the products used were good quality.
